Description
The Clamshell Grab is used for bulk material handling operations. It is well suited to de-burial and subsea excavation operations, where bulk volume of seabed material requires to be cleared from an area. Teeth can be fitted to the grab to provide extra penetration into dense material.
The Clamshell Grab has been used to uncover large boulders, unknown subsea objects and relocate multiple small boulders in one grab.
