Utility ROV Services were contracted by Siem Offshore Contractors UK Ltd to conduct boulder relocation operations on the Kincardine OWF.
The EDT Kennedy and UTROV® System 1 were used on this project for boulder relocation on the Kincardine OWF export cable routes (ECR). This was the inaugural renewables project for the spread after delivery of the vessel from Cyprus. The first phase of the project required relocation operations to be conducted from KP0 to KP8, where Utility ROV Services returned at a later date to complete the full export corridor and conduct additional works.
