QHSE ADMINISTRATOR

Utility ROV Services are an energetic and innovative ROV provider based in Glenrothes, Fife. We have been established since 2013 and are successfully working with Renewables clients and our business has evolved into supporting Oil and Gas and Offshore Wind.
Reports to: QHSE Manager

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation of QHSE Documentation for projects such as Bridging Documents, Risk Assessments, Emergency Response Plans and other client requirements.
• Assist with the management and adaptation of companies Integrated Management System to meet the requirements of an expanding business.
• Assist with QHSE reporting such as Non-Conformances, accident/incident investigation etc.
• Carry out workshop inspections & audits.
• Attend client H&S meetings.
• General Admin duties as required for the role.
• Working in conjunction with projects teams and other supporting members of staff.

Minimum Previous Experience:
• Previous knowledge and understanding of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation & best practice and appropriate industry specific qualifications.
• Knowledge of the offshore industry
• Full UK driving licence.

Minimum Additional Training:
• Formal quality training (provided)
